Guided by the experts from Timmermans Belgian brewery and renowned beer writer Adrian Tierney-Jones, you’ll dive into the delicate art of "spontaneous fermentation" and flavour balancing. Discover what lambic is, the culture, Toer de Geuze and more all from the World’s oldest continuous lambic brewery.
