Where is Hop Hideout?

We are based at Leah’s Yard in the city centre of Sheffield (22 Cambridge St, Sheffield. S1 4HP). There are multiple tram (City Hall is nearest at a 5-8 minute walk) and bus stops nearby and Sheffield train station is a short 15 minute walk away. Google maps may send you round the building, please use the front entrance of Leah’s Yard on Cambridge Street, where the big black gates and signage is (Henry Leah & Sons) we are inside, just on the left.

Payment?

We take cash, card and Apple/Google payments in store and online payments through Stripe or Paypal

How do I find out what beer and cider you have before I visit?

We use social media sites like Facebook, and Instagram to share ALL new releases and discuss the beer, cider, wine, kombucha and more that we sell. Often Intagram is a great visual reference for recent stock we have had delivered. You do not need to have an account to view - please use an internet engine to search Hop Hideout Instagram Sheffield. You will then be able to view visually our recent stock in take. We stock over 200 different beers at any one time, plus 10 ciders and perries plus merchandise and more. We are also happy to take any enquiries via our email on hophideout@gmail.com

We have just launched our loyalty scheme (March 2026) and you can join in store. They are called Hop Points. How does this work?

Join at our in-store counter by filling in customer details at the till. Once you are signed up you can start earning points. Currently our website is not included in this loyalty scheme (we’re currently running two systems! Hopefully we can resolve this down the line. But for now web orders are not included).

You can earn points on everything you purchase in-store, exclusions include gift vouchers, the Neo Taste app (1 point for every £1.00 spent, excluding VAT and shipping). Hop Hideout reserves the right to vary the level of rewards available in addition to the rate at which points are accrued. We can also alter the method of earning and redeeming rewards if necessary. Returns - if an item or purchase is returned, you also return the points you'd earned. Only one discount code or reward can be redeemed at any one time, this also applies to using the Neo Taste app (one offer redeemed at a time). Points expire if you haven't shopped with us for 12 months, so please make sure you use them in this time frame.
