• Pete Brown: A four-time British Beer Writer of the Year and author of over ten books. His latest project, Tasting Notes, explores the deep-seated relationships our brains form between what we taste and what we hear.

• Daniel Dylan Wray: A Sheffield-based journalist for The Guardian, Pitchfork, and The Quietus. He is a leading voice on music and counter-culture, with a deep expertise in Sheffield’s own sonic history.
