Choosing to purchase from our site, it is deemed that you are accepting to all the terms and conditions.
It is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks, In accordance with the Licensing Act 1964. If you are buying alcohol forsomeone else, they must be over 18. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure this.
By placing an order you are confirming that you are aged 18 or over.
We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this. All identification will be checked. We use challenge 25 policy and expect buyers to comply with request of identification of ID and age. You will be contacted if this is the case as necessary.
We aim to ensure the prices shown on our website are correct.
If a mistaken price is shown we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to carry on with the order at the new correct price.
We make every effort to supply all items listed on this website. However, due to the ever changing nature of the beer world, there are times where this may not be possible. In these cases we will contact you and offer a comparison.
We reserve the right to withdraw and replace products without notice. Beer changes all the time and we are only keeping up with the market in terms of supply in such cases.
We will not be held responsible for any information that is incorrect. We try our utmost to ensure all information is correct and up to date.
Discount offers run by Hop Hideout cannot be redeemed against Event tickets or Gift Vouchers. Multiple offers cannot be redeemed on the same purchase.
Hop Hideout vouchers can currently only be used on purchases within store and online. They are valid within 12 months from purchase date. No change will be given. They are only valid for off sales, that is drinks to take home; they cannt be used on drink in items.
We try out utmost to package safely and securely, so you receive your package in good condition. We strive to make you happy! However if the beer arrives broken or the wrong beer has been placed in your package (or is missing) please contact us within 24 hours on hophideout@gmail.com to notify us. This enables us to investigate in a timely manner and respond to your needs.
**This specifically refers to our 10% Off Flyers** The 10% discount applies only to beer and cider purchased in store at Hop Hideout, @Kommune. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and only one can be used per purchase. The flyers are to be used before December 2019.
