St JOHN’s is an English restaurant institution opened in 1994 with Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver at the helm (now with multiple venues). Under Fergus’ guidance they specialise in ‘nose to tail eating’ (Fergus’ first book was published in 1999) reclaiming many traditional British recipes and highlighting often neglected cuts of meat. Sticking closely to their rigorous quality and philosophy of simplicity. Their St JOHN Smithfield winning a Michelin star in 2009. Working closely to buy wines direct from growers in France, St JOHN Wines began in 1996. The label showcases wines that are an exemplary expression of the varietal and region.
